SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note: we cannot prioritise orders after an order has been placed. This is important for orders placed before imminent events. Please contact our team before placing the order.
Dispatch and Delivery
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order overview confirmation.

Dispatch time:

Standard Orders:
- 10 units or less: Please allow 72 hours for dispatch.
- Bulk orders, over 10 items: Please allow 7-14 days for dispatch.

Customised Orders & Squad Store Orders (Using the Customiser Tool or Squad Store):
- Customised orders require 2-4 weeks for production before dispatch.
- The delivery time displayed at checkout refers to the shipping service once your order has been dispatched.
- In some cases, we may need to contact you for more information about your custom order. We will endeavour to produce these as quickly as possible, but this may add additional time to the process.

Standard Orders:
- Invoices can only be raised once orders are dispatched and will be emailed separately. These will then be available in the account section of the site.
Couriers
Please be aware that our service may not be a named delivery service. Couriers will vary depending on destinations and availability. Anyone at the designated delivery address may be able to sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Please ensure that when placing an order:
- The correct country of shipping destination is selected to avoid extra charges at customs.
- The correct Shipping and Billing address is entered.
- The correct billing currency is selected.
